Great program to help keep customer's informed

I like that it has all different types from billing, service requests ect...It also allows for multiple users access which can be great if you have more then 1 person working at your water facility! It does take some time getting used too but once its down there are no issues with using this software.. If anything would say try out other companies before choosing one because not every product will work well together so make sure they match up or someone who knows what their doing helps pick them both throughly first!! We were looking into new ways we could track our customers boats as far back when possible without having 2 separate systems running just by tracking boat information such was last visit date/time etc.
