Was sceptical, but thought I would try. The first steak I tried on I did not believe the results, So I bought 2 tomahawk ribeyes Choice and used this product in one then proceeded to cook the 2 the exact same way the end product yielding completely different results. The steak without this tenderizer was a bit chewy the one with was incredibly soft world of difference. This product is well worth the price tag!
