I’ve been using this skillet/steamer set for a couple weeks now, and so far am very pleased that it’s meeting expectations. The non stick surface surface works great with almost no cleanup. The skillet has given me evenly cooked bacon, and it’s great for sauces or dishes that need to spread out. I like that the sidewalls are straight vs slanted, giving more interior room. The base of the skillet is medium-to-heavy, giving a more even heat. There are two drain lips, one on each side of the pan. One is small and the other is larger. This makes draining liquids or pouring sauces a cinch. The steamer basket is a nice stainless steel, and I love having more surface room to steam veggies. The glass lid didn't spit or leak water when steaming…nice! A spatula is included with the set (metal utensils are a no-no) and it conveniently sits atop the glass lid. Five stars from me for performance quality and attention to detail.
