The support team is super helpful! I've been using this software for over 6 months now with no issues at all - they are always there when we need them (even during US holidays!).

If something goes wrong or if questions arise it takes time but everything works out eventually :) There isn't anything bad about their service so far as long as you're willing to put some effort into getting used to how things work here first before asking any question/issue regarding functionality etc., otherwise expect an answer like "it doesn’t do X". We use AITesting AI mostly because its easy-to-use interface makes our job easier than ever compared to other tools available online such as Optimizely & Google Analytics 360+.
