Do not buy, tolerances were broken, metal shavings remained in the meat
When chopping beef I noticed metal flakes coming out in the meat. I followed the instructions exactly. I took it apart and there was metal and plastic everywhere. I lost a bunch of jerky. Buy something better if you can afford it.
