So sad about this purchase. Didn't try them on when they arrived because they "looked" like the would fit, even though they seem to be a bit narrow for a men's size 10. Wore them during my morning swim work out this morning and all I have to say is "OUCH"! The piece between the big and index toe is fixed on rubbing that whole area. In the short time I had them from the locker room to the pool and then to the showers, I was in so much pain when I finally took them off. It is more painful on the left foot than the right foot. No matter how I try to adjust it by pushing it over, it did not work. As I am at work, about 2 hours of wearing them, the whole area in-between my left big toe and index toe is throbbing and is painful as if I still have the shoes on and that piece is rubbing against it.*UPDATED REVIEW FROM 17APR17 ON 20APR17EXCELLENT customer service, I had to give one more star. They processed the refund with no questions asked, no issues as I have had with some of my other purchases. I returned them using the Best Buy Locker option and received my refund sooner than I have in the past, in my opinion.
