Taste good, texture not so good
So this taste is very good and I love it! The powder is hard to describe, but I'd say it's almost "gooey" since it can't be poured out of a measuring spoon (or even a regular spoon). It just stays lumpy until you shake it or puree it in a blender. but no matter how long I make it, it's always fluffy on top and grainy on the bottom. This was my first purchase of a Syntrax Nectar product. be stored in a humid environment, or it should be. Overall, I still like the taste, will order again and also appreciate the magnitude of the cost.
