Good: Illuminated sign works well with solar charging. The charge during the day is enough for the sign to shine all night until morning. Cons: The problem is the black, thin, plastic stand. The thin, brittle walls of the tube are not strong enough to hold the top-heavy shield in the wind. The included stake is driven into the ground and the raised portion of the stake is then inserted into one end of the black plastic tube that holds the light up sign. In windy weather, the top-heavy sign is blown away and the thin-walled plastic tube ruptures at the base, causing the sign to fall to the ground. Were it not for the cheap, brittle black plastic tube the whole product would have been 5 stars but would have deducted 2 stars for the cheap plastic pin. This required a trip to the hardware store to find additional parts to fix the overall poor design. Bought a 5 minute epoxy, fiberglass cloth and two worm gear clamps. Coated the cracked end of the pipe with epoxy, then wrapped a layer of impregnated fiberglass cloth around the same end of the pipe, and finally secured the repaired end of the pipe with a hose clamp to a stake already driven into the ground. Additional cost, about $12. I don't know why the seller couldn't provide PVC pipe instead of cheap plastic pipe. Updated 12/04/2021, originally 3 stars, now 2 stars. Bought a double pack on 09/27/2021. Installed on 10/03/2021. On December 2, 2021, two months later, one of the two lighted signs stopped glowing at night. I love this product, just wish it lasted a little longer than 2 months, especially when it's over $60 for a double pack. 12/04/2021 I bought another double pack as a replacement. Dear seller! Please let me know if you have a warranty on this product. Other potential buyers might also be interested in knowing about it. Further update 12/09/2021: I am absolutely impressed by this BNT seller who originally messaged me back on 10/17/2021 offering to fix an issue with the plastic frame that I had completely overlooked. BNT continued to contact me even on December 7th 2021 offering either a refund or a replacement for the broken sun shield. I must say that I have never met such an honest company as BNT, ready to correct even the smallest mistake. At first I gave them 3 stars but since I like the product in general a lot and I am very satisfied with the sincerity of the seller I now give them 5 stars. I told them I don't want a refund. And I accepted their offer to send replacements for the non-working neon sign. But I think they have a good product and that's why I bought a total of 4 illuminated signs from them.
