I know I don't drink enough water during the day at work - I'm so busy - but this water bottle has really worked to motivate me. I fill it in the morning before I leave for work and every 2 hours I drink the recommended amount. The straw inside this bottle is perfect.it retracts into the bottle when you close the top and then pops right up when you open it, plus it is just the right length to discreetly lift up my mask (I work in a courtroom full of people) and drink my next recommended amount of water. One of my coworkers pointed to the bottle one day and told me I was late, as it was past time for me to drink! I leave for work with a full bottle and come home with it practically empty.
