The Logitech webcam cannot do this. The Logitech camera doesn't want to stay on the monitor. It just falls. It's awful and I used a timeline, which is undesirable for a number of reasons. First, it makes the camera less portable. Second, I don't want a movie on my monitor. Also, I might want to move the camera position at the top of the monitor. Face! Unacceptable. I ended up replacing it with a jelly comb camera, which has a ring light, wide-angle lens, and hinges that work well, at least for now - and hold the head in place very well.
