What's up, folks? Whilst I can't verify whether or not the reviews I read before purchasing the Bissell 17132 were written by actual customers, I feel compelled to share my thoughts on the matter. I was looking for a washing vertical vacuum and decided on the Bissell 17132 after reading reviews and watching videos on YouTube, but it has been nothing but a huge letdown. It's cumbersome, it doesn't collapse beneath the height of the chair, and the bed behind it is covered in inexplicable snot, which can only be removed by mopping. To add insult to injury, it doesn't even attempt to clean the space between the wall and the floor in the corners. More than two and a half hours are needed to thoroughly clean a two-bedroom apartment, especially if the unit needs to be mopped.
