Easily falls apart and causes injury

My weight and bloating fluctuate constantly, causing my waist size to change. Also, I have a physical job and my pants can fall down on days when I'm thinner and less bloated. These pins help for the first few days but then they seem to be able to hurt me. The needle bends, causing the pad to fall, then the needle is exposed and plunges into my flesh until I can take a break from work and remove both it and the pad. When buying, be aware that they can quickly fall apart. However, you would probably be fine if you didn't have to move.
