Not strong enough to hold a 27lb LG HU810 projector permanently in place

The single main attachment point between the ceiling mount and the projector mount is bent too much so the projector isn't firmly in place remains . There is no way to solidify this connection, so after a few hours the projector keeps aiming. I sent the bracket back.
