I like how easy this tool makes it for me as an admin with so many features in one place! It's also great because they have customer service always available if needed which helps when you are unsure about something or need help solving some problems quickly! Nothing really but their support team has been amazing helping us solve any issues we may be having easily without being pushy at all. We're able to do such things as create groups/communities within our organization where people can share ideas through various posts (which then shows up into other users newsfeeds). This allows everyone who participates in those communities to get new information from each others' feeds while still keeping them separate enough not feel overwhelmed by too much content coming across your feed daily.
