A BIG THANK YOU TO RECIPIENTS WHO EXPLAINED HOW TO INSERT THE SCREW CORRECTLY SO THAT THE MIRROR STAYS IN PLACE AND DID NOT WRAP FORWARD! I bought this mirror in February 2014 and stopped using it because of this problem. It was so annoying! I decided to read the reviews to see if anyone else had the same issue and then I found what was wrong. The screw must be inserted through the NON-threaded side of the insertion hole, NOT through the threaded side! I pasted it wrong. Took me about 20 seconds to replace the screw and now the mirror stays in place and works great! That's a great mirror! It's super bright, has a large, clear field of view, and runs on AA batteries so you don't have to fiddle with cords. I've never used a small magnifying mirror, but it rotates back so it's out of the way at all! I love this mirror and am so glad I can use it again!
