Amazing customer service software with a great team behind it

The ability to track conversations with customers in real time, as well as being able to see what is happening at any given moment within an account.

Being able to have access from anywhere gives us the flexibility that we need to be more efficient in our daily work. It's difficult for me to think of anything I dislike about this software. If you're thinking of using one, I highly recommend it! We are solving problems related to improving communication between employees and customers throughout all stages of their interaction.

Pros
  • Not only do they offer easy to use customer service chat features but also allows management team members insight into how each employee has been performing over long periods without having them present themselves physically during working hours via remote locations such or telework program managers who can't make appointments when called due too many people calling simultaneously
