Bluetooth does not stay connected
, I have contacted customer service in the past because bluetooth keeps dropping connection to my tv in the middle of movies and such. They quickly resolved the issue by replacing it after I reset the faulty one in the UPS. But now the replacement does the same. I had an older model that never lost the bluetooth connection so this is a bit disappointing. I was hoping for the same quality.
