I have just installed a garage door opener and the installation process was very easy. Easy to read instructions. However, a loud hum can be heard coming from the main unit. I called customer service and got a call back an hour later. The woman on the phone asked how she could help me. I told her my model number and my problem. She didn't know what to answer me right away, so she asked me to postpone the conversation. When she came back she asked for my model number again. I gave it to her and then she asked for my address. I asked why do you need my address? She snaps at me and says we can help troubleshoot! If you don't give us your address, we can't help you! I said I'm only asking because I don't know why it is important to know my address to solve the noise problem. I hear such a sigh, and then she hangs up! Completely unprofessional and useless. Great product apart from the noise issue but terrible customer service. I will never buy anything from this brand again.
