Step 1: Try remapping the Street Fighter II buttons. Step 2: Return the item before pulling out all the hair. The button layout on the console doesn't even match the buttons on the manual controls! If remapping worked at all, you'd have to do it every time you switch controls. Save yourself the frustration and give it a hard shot.
