ORIGINAL REVIEW: The screen resolution is excellent. High-definition pictures. Easy to set up and quick to install apps. It's not plastic, it's metal, which is a big plus. Not cheaply made. Fast reaction time. EXCELLENT TABLET with high quality. REVIEW OF CHANGES: The tablet, despite excellent screen resolution and quick and easy setup and installation of the application, everything went wrong after a few days. Response times slowed significantly and the one I got was supposed to be factory. Glitches because sometimes it just started freezing, sometimes it wouldn't load, and sometimes it just wouldn't turn on. AGAIN it could have just been a faulty tablet but I didn't request a replacement just a refund because I didn't want to risk the same issue. If a good review is written, the reviewer is said to receive a protective cover for the tablet free of charge. It is not true. So don't just write a great product review hoping for a reward just because I didn't get a free tablet case. I think that's the seller's way of writing a positive review. Don't be fooled by this seller and defective merchandise.
