Please Read in my review

Bought the Titan as a replacement/upgrade to S2 for my son.He likes it.I find it a bit heavy. Also I wish that Hiboy in the future makes the steering column height adjustable for a comfortable ride for all.Otherwise I enjoyed a good (email) support from HiBoy support team.Update:I had no intention to write the above review about the Titan Scooter in the first place.I bought the HiBoy Titan Scooter as a replacement for my son's S2 Scooter which broke. The deal with HiBoy was that I send them back the broken S2 Scooter, buy another one (or an upgrade of my choice) and that they will refund me the price of an S2 minus a $200 replacement fee.So I bought the Titan, sent them the proof of my purchase, sent them the broken S2 Scooter and asked for the refund. To my surprise, I was asked to write a review about the Titan. Not only that, I had to send them the link to my review for them to review it before they send me the refund! It was clear to me that if my review was not to their liking, they won't send me the refund.Hence my above review! Now that I have received the refund, I want to share with HiBoy Scooter S2 owners the below pictures showing the failure of the scooter's frame.Notice that the frame broke, not as would be expected at the welding, but away from it.My son was lucky that the frame failure took place when he was riding the scooter a low speed and that he was able to step aside safely. At higher speed, such failure can cause a serious accident. Most important, HiBoy has the broken scooter and its serial number.

They should communicate with the owners of similar scooters, before somebody gets hurt.
