I was very happy because I love Vietnamese coffee and haven't had it for a long time. It's easy to use, comes with instructions (in English) and cleans up very quickly. I was a bit confused because the insert is screwed but that's not how it's used. Of course, the instructions don't say anything about it. Suffice it to say that to use it for the first time or to pack it, you unscrew the insert. Otherwise, simply place the insert over the spindle and pour in hot water. Also, I found that the coffee takes longer to brew than the instructions say, so it's not very warm when all the water has been absorbed. I only microwaved it for 30 seconds so it doesn't matter. I just wanted people to know what to expect. Most importantly, the taste is amazing and I can drink Vietnamese coffee anytime now. It's also very reasonably priced for what I consider a delicacy. A good deal all round.
