No thanks.: roof rack

It was very easy to assemble but the instructions required a gasket that was not provided. As you can see one of the J-Rods is broken as are 2 of the ratchet. A broken rod scraped the crap out of my roof rack and I can't unscrew it so I have to cut it off. I wrote to the company about a broken rod and they sent me a J-Rod HALF. I am very disappointed with this product and the response from the company.
