BEST for Chefs – Kitchen & Dining

Or anyone who needs strong, sharp scissors. I have been working professionally in the kitchen for about 15 years and this is the best all round tool you can buy. Now I have deviated from Joyce Chance (dam of Helen Chance) several times, but they are better. The handles are made of soft and thick material and the blades are much sharper and thicker. They are included in the short list of necessary equipment for a chef. Pros: Sharp and stays sharp even after multiple uses. Convenience. Will not tire your hand after long time use. They're bright orange and easy to identify and pick from your fellow chefs' gear tray (they'll try to steal them, haha). Continuous. Hold on to just about anything. Value. They're cheaper than high-end scissors and work just as well. Disadvantages: they are short. This is a preference in my opinion, but they are not for EVERYONE

Pros
  • Worth the Money
Cons
  • It's OK
