Ideal for video conferences. So far I've used it for GoTo Meeting and it's worked great. Switch on and you're done! It's that easy! It's nothing fancy and you can't control it outside of another app, but I don't need it. I wanted something other than the laptop's built-in camera because I wanted to position it better. I also like that it has a lens cap and tripod. I don't particularly like video conferencing, but it's my lifestyle now. You have to pay significantly more to get the best quality and features, which I didn't want to do. Definitely recommend this product for people with similar needs.
