I've had it 10 months and will throw it away because it doesn't look nice anymore. It protects the table well from heat, but leaves stains and is difficult to wash. Maybe it wouldn't be a problem if it was a darker colour, but mine has a few spots (burlap colour) that are round in shape, possibly from the rim of a pot or from splatters/drips. It has a layered fabric upper. I just saw the 1 year guarantee so I can see if they will give me my money back or give me a darker color. Update: I notified the seller and they honored the 1 year warranty and replaced my runner with a brown one. This one is unlikely to get dirty and I am very happy with the seller and this runner.
