It takes skill to multi skip this ball in a pool. It’s fun. Mostly for +10 kids as it takes some muscle to get several skips on a toss. Even if people are not skipping the ball, its fun to play catch in the pool too. Floats and more firm than splash balls. The ball once hit a ladies face, she was not happy about it. The material is very durable and the texture IS LIKE silicone caulk in a fabric liner that doesn’t leak. I don’t think it is silicone caulk but just feels like it to me. A good toy for the pool toy bag.
