I was hoping this would be an easy to use and easy to clean solution to mopping our vinyl floors 2-3 times. Unfortunately, the product did not work immediately. I charged it up, followed all the instructions exactly, and let it run, but found that the solution tank wasn't supplying water to the brushroll. The product should do this automatically; There is no flow control button. Another disappointment was that the suction power wasn't that good. He was great at picking up pet hair, but when it came to larger, heavier items like cereal or the like, he couldn't handle the task. I was also disappointed with the battery life. A full charge is really only enough for a small kitchen and a few meters of hallway. Also, I'm not sure if the battery is replaceable. You'll probably have to take it to the dealer. Another reason I returned this item is because you have to hold it at a pretty steep angle to work with it (if you're under 6ft) and it was hard on my shoulder, arm, and mine Forearm. At the same time, the device was quite easy to clean. The detachable parts came off easily enough and returned to their place with a pleasant click. I find the processing quality quite good. This might be an option for those who only want to clean a very small space once in a while and don't want to get too messy (no kids!). But actually I think there are much better products out there.
