This is some serious gear; fifteen pound case with a very durable USB 3.0 cable. It's also completely silent; I look forward to never hearing MyBook chatting in my office again. The G3 includes Genie Timeline backup software for free; Genie is simple and intuitive and seems to work very transparently; nice touch, even with Drive. ioSafe strikes me as a company you enjoy doing business with and not one that makes you cringe when you have to deal with it. I received two very professional emails from the CEO to make sure I was happy with their product. I am absolutely right. I hope I never have to rely on a waterproof or fireproof construction, but I feel more comfortable leaving the house in the morning!
