**WARNING** DO NOT BUY! The clip literally fell apart. It didn't come loose easily, the cheap metal broke. See pic. It could have been a disaster if I hadn't noticed the clip on the bottom. We were in a busy urban area where several dogs were approaching. I notify all my customers and advise them to come back. First Review: We are canine professionals who have walked many miles with many dogs and tried many different leashes and this one is PERFECT! #1 This is the only leash I've found that has the elastic part of the leash in the right place, closest to the dog. If you use a travel grip, you still have cushioning benefit #2. The travel grip is the right length. This varies between large and small dogs, but for our average 35 pound dog, the #3 heel position is spot on. Both the regular and transport handles are padded! Most other lines will only fit the #4 main handle. It looks well built with good stitching and reflective details! (UPDATE: cheap metal clip) The only potential downside is the stiffness of the bungee, but personally we prefer that. Great for large dogs. (Update: Not recommended for large or reactive dogs) We couldn't believe we had found the perfect $10 leash (I was willing to shell out $50 to get the right one), so we immediately ordered 2 more.
