I've had good and bad luck buying not-so-expensive tactical gear in the past, and I'm happy to report that this is one of those occasions where I've had pretty darn good luck. not yet received crispy, at a great price. The buckles on the Buddy attachment straps are strong and stiff (which is what you want) and have held tight to my pack for quite some time now with no sign of loosening anytime soon. The seams are also well finished, although they are sewn with single seams in some places. It's great for a water bottle and Pathfinder mug, and there's a little more room in the bottle compartment for other stuff. The lid of my cup fits perfectly with the lid of the bottle compartment. Tight enough that even after I forgot to reseal the bag, my lid stayed in place for the trip back to the car on a hike. Rschunimagu. I was glad to see it. All in all a great purchase. I will look for another Tigris mechanism.
