This is a direct replacement for your stock dash panel. The backlight works better than new. The switches are clear and work great. I ordered this panel to solve a common problem on Dodge Jacks where the passenger windows go down but won't go up. This is a common factory fault on the main switchboard. This solved my problem and refreshed my car a bit. Considering the replacement panel is 120+ at Autozone or similar stores then the product is excellent. I am very happy with this purchase and will probably replace the rest of the switches with this seller!
