I have been buying Carhartt dungarees for years for my two children (son and daughter). They are a lifesaver when we're out camping, camping or in any situation where I want them to be just kids but don't want to soil or ruin their everyday clothes. I ordered size 6 for my 4 year old son based on his height/weight according to the size chart (for reference he wears size 4T/5T in Target clothing). You are too big. We rolled up the legs to make them functional and we can wear this jumpsuit for at least two years. I will order 5 next time.
