I like it very much! I have several pairs of diamond studs that I'm afraid will fall out and white gold studs with short pins. They work great. The hole is tiny so they may not fit on every post. EDIT: I came back a few weeks after the second spine fell off my earring. In a month 2 backs failed. Luckily I caught the earrings before I lost them. I would be even more upset if I lost her. I bought them for a pair of spikes my son gave me for Christmas. He spent a lot of money on them so I bought these backs so I wouldn't lose them.
