Bought to replace a lost pair of white gold earrings. I bought these because they fit snugly and stay in place so I don't lose them. They stay in place and don't slip off easily, but they are big and you force them to stay on the stand, you have to slide them close to your earlobe and it's very uncomfortable. It feels like something is pinching your ear.

It was exactly what I was hoping for. I hate (!) sleeping in heels that are pushed behind my ears, but I don't always forget to take them off before bed either. Those studs at the back offer the perfect compromise - they're snug so I don't have to worry about my earrings falling out, but they're also rounded at the back which makes sleeping easier and a lot less discomfort!

I have ordered several backing materials from various websites and local jewelry stores for my diamond earrings. They either didn't fit or fell apart after a few months. Until one day I used plastic to secure them. Then 6 years later they fell out and bought her. They are extremely comfortable and safe. I would buy again in a heartbeat. The little gold you see inside came out when I took my earring out of the back. I still have the rubber piece which surprisingly stayed in place and I'm not afraid of losing the earring. Also, one of the gold flakes that came out of the rubber was stuck to my earring and it was difficult for me to remove the mangled part of the earring to wear it.
