Review on IFJF Adapter Duramax 1R 1807 AG121853 by Harry Love

Im impressed with this adapter. I didn't like the tiny oil filter that comes with the lbz. It was a bit intimidating to clamp a couple of vises onto the standard filter's threads to unscrew it from the base of the filter. It came out pretty easy, but I ended up destroying the threads on the stock threads. The new adapter was quite difficult to fit as the threads were very sharp. If I had to do this again I would try to find the color for both strands and run through the strands a few times because it was also a bit difficult to put on a new cat filter. I love the extra oil capacity that the cat filter offers. My oil pressure went down quite a bit, but not enough to worry. The Katfilter is only slightly more expensive than a high-quality standard filter. In general I am very satisfied.
