Review on 💡 SilverStone Technology 450W SFX Form Factor Power Supply - 80 Plus Bronze, Single Rail, Active PFC (ST45SF) by John Hill

Used for my first PC build. I'm still waiting for another part to arrive before finalizing the build and running it for the first time to see if this PSU works. I will update the review if anything goes wrong. Choose this power supply to build an HTPC with a Silverstone ML03B case (also bought here at Revain). I chose this SFX power supply to free up space in my case. It has all the ports I need plus a few. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the ATX cable was too short for my build. The case allows me to mount the PSU in either the fan-up or fan-down position, but the length of the ATX cable only allows this PSU to be mounted in the fan-up position, which places the fan away from the case vent. Part of the blame is mine for not double checking the measurements. The placement of the ATX connector on the back of the MB seems pretty standard (at least for Intel boards) and this PSU was recommended for this case on the Silverstone website so I expected it to do a little better. Overall I am very happy with this power supply.
