I bought two of these cables to use with Thunderbolt USB-C hubs. It's a much trickier use than as a charging or even data cable - without a good cable, some peripherals, particularly video displays, may not function properly. This works well with a Windows 10 PC and a Thunderbolt USB-C hub driving two HD displays, as well as multiple USB 3.0 peripherals (hard drive, printer, etc.). This cable worked fine, no devices were visible to the computer.
