Review on Adjustable Mandoline Cut Resistant Stainless Vinipiak by Brittany Harris

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good quality, good assembly for domestic use

For light work in the kitchen, mainly for cutting vegetables thinly. mainly metalworking and assembly. Also, I know how to use the device and how not to put pieces of meat in the mix and still get 99.9% veggies. The base is solid, adjustment is easy and locks into place, which is great. The top plate folds back for easy cleaning, but flexes a bit so you get thicker slices if you press down too hard. It takes finesse if you really want very thin slices. Blade quality the first time you use it. The safety holder is useful but doesn't lower the veggies all the way, you have to stop when it gets too low or you risk scraping the plastic. Overall happy with it, good quality and great for more walking use.
