Better than the original
Bought this as a gift for my wife to replace her 3rd gen iPad case which was purchased from Apple. This new cover fits well: the cutouts and openings for the camera, headphone jack, power jack, and volume/function button align perfectly. The part that covers the back is made of a stiffer material than the original and is much easier to attach securely. The most important thing for my wife, besides the color (navy blue is much prettier than grey), is that the iPad goes to sleep when the lid is closed.
