I have a manual coffee grinder but it takes a long time to grind and it doesn't work so I went with an electric one. I was pleasantly surprised to see the price of electric coffee grinders drop and found these with good reviews. Delivered quickly and I got to work. I grind rice and kamut wheat berries into flour. It did a really good job the first time. I only had to grind a small portion to get the finer consistency I wanted. My only "complaint" is that it's awkward to pour out ground flour (hence the 4 stars), but that's a minor issue compared to how well it grinds. Just remember to let it cool down after sanding. I would recommend this option for infrequent use.
