I like that it's easy to use and has many different servers to choose from. You can also set up multiple devices to connect to one account, which is nice for when you're traveling. The only thing I don't like about this service is that there are no native apps available for Android or iOS yet. This makes keeping my data secure very difficult. It would be great if they were able to make an app so that I could keep all of my accounts in one place. We have several employees who work remotely, and we've found that using their VPN connection gives us the security we need to do our jobs effectively.
