Please do not order this from a dealer. It will only take a few hours of your time and average skill level. The regulator manufacturer has some pretty decent instructions online, but the ones that come with them are rubbish. As others have said, this is not exactly the same as OEM, but a direct replacement. It appears to be of equal or better quality than the original part. The main differences are different clamps (included) for wires and smaller holes for window clamps. The original bushing that fits the old holes can still be used, just cut off the outer part and the smaller inner bushing will fit perfectly. I used some tape to make sure it stayed in.
