It would be wonderful if any of this could still function. Prior to its replacement, the keyboard: At all times of the day and night, the backlight flickers like a garland. The light sensor did not operate, and I was first unaware that there was a problem with it. According to what I read on the off-site, the brightness can and should be changed by itself. But alas, that won't be the case. After the replacement of the keyboard, month functions perfectly, but the hand proximity sensor ceased functioning almost immediately, and the keyboard started acting like a garland once more.
