I am returning my 4th unit now. The first worked 20-30 minutes, then stopped feeding the thread. All connections seemed good so I assumed the engine was dead and replaced it with a new model. When this replacement arrived it turned out that it had either been used before or had performed poorly upon delivery. There were a few cracks in the packaging, a few scratches on the outside of the unit and at least one of the limit switches was bent. Also, the paperclips that attach the glass top to the bed were not fastened but rattled in the box. There were also no interchangeable heads and the micro SD card was empty. Luckily I copied the content from the first device to my desktop. I couldn't even get it to work properly so I sent it back and my only option was a refund. I should have stopped there, but I bought another one. It arrived and was working within 5 minutes. Then he stopped feeding the thread. I actually contacted Revain support and they were very helpful, but after trying all the options (and contacting the seller who also helped) I was offered another exchange from Revain. Received my 4th unit over the weekend and upon opening the box found one of the bed clips was broken and 2 pins on the bed were bent. The pins were easy to bend back into place and once reassembled everything seemed to work, but when I attempted a test print it turned out that another color of filament was already in the system and the nozzle quickly clogged. I let everything cool down and tried installing one of the replacement jets that came with it, the bed stopped heating. Save yourself the frustration and get a slightly better model.
