I bought this posture corrector because after years of sitting at a computer I was getting round shoulders which was giving me neck and back pain. The packaging is nice and the instructions are easy to understand. It was a bit difficult to put on at first, but you quickly get used to it. As soon as I put it on, I could feel it trying to correct my posture. I got a little sore every time I wore it, although I expected it to be because I was engaging muscles I hadn't used in a long time. It's more comfortable than you might think due to the underarm padding and I look forward to making a lasting difference as I increase wear time.
