We have an old 18 foot Glassspar Seafair in San Diego and have been thinking about a small upgrade and touch up. Really high quality for the price. The circuit board is coated and almost all hardware parts are made of stainless steel. It's IPX5 certified so has some water resistance too, not as high as I'd like but not bad. With an IP rating and high quality material I expect it can last a long time. The installation is quite easy. It replaces a blank or unused 3 inch gauge you have somewhere or you need to replace the tachometer with it. As said, it comes with mounts and hardware. Stationary Even with a boat as old as ours, I didn't need a lot of wires and didn't have a headache with setup and setup. Our boat is small so range doesn't matter and we can do anything on our phone anytime, anywhere. So I still have room to upgrade. Next stop, better speakers.
