Review on Environmentally-Friendly Toothbrush with Biodegradable Bristles by Becky Duncan

DISINFECT BEFORE USE!

These toothbrushes came in a box; they have not been sealed or protected from dust, insects and/or bacteria and viruses. It's a long boat ride from China. Who knows what might have been in the box before it got to the customer? Pooh. I suggest soaking your toothbrushes in white vinegar or at least rinsing them in the dishwasher. I'm also very suspicious of claims about stubble. For example, why vitamin C on a toothbrush when ascorbic acid and citric acid can damage tooth enamel and cause ulcers in mouth tissues? Again, I recommend washing the bristles before use. The handles of these brushes are comfortable to hold and the medium-sized bristles clean well. I like brushes in terms of ease of use. However, nylon bristles are synthetic, so not suitable for underground use. Do we have to break off the brush heads so the stems can be turned into compost? It is unclear. Overall, the packaging and environmental claims are perfunctory, but the brushes aren't bad.
