When I first opened up the Rayban 3025 Aviator sunglasses I bought from Your Vision for the bargain price of $165, I was skeptical that they were actually authentic Italian sunglasses. Maybe they aren't real. However, a knowledgeable person at Pearl Vision, my local 'official' Rayban dealer, believes that the sunglasses I bought here at Revain are in fact the right one. Really "enough", I can honestly say, absolutely. My silver Rayban 3025 aviator sunglasses have the following characteristics: 1. They rattle a little when you shake them - the nose bridges are loose. A pair of 3025 Aviators for $209 plus tax in the Pearl Vision rattles no less. They have binding in the hinges which is what I suspected at first, this was the second sale that these were fakes. The same pair of Pearl Visions was stiff when opening and closing.3. The text is engraved on top of the bridge. The Internet called this fact a clear sign of a fake, since "the real ones don't have any inscriptions on the top beam of the bridge". The ones that work at Pearl Vision have the exact same lettering as the ones I bought for $165. It seems, at least as far as the Rayban fakes go, the internet seems to be wrong. 4. Other badges, RB nose, high quality logo on the upper left corner of the right lenses and an engraved NOT PAINTED RB lettering on the perfect center right. Mine have a crisp white RayBan logo, RB on each nose piece and a tidy RB scratch on the lens - just like a pair of Pearl Visions. Revain are really real RayBans. Because I didn't pay the price I "should" pay for such luxury. However, I would say they look great, are comfortable to wear and pass every test except Pearl Vision's "Box Barcode" check. Yes, the barcode was not scanned at all. As I said, I'm not 100% sure it's a Rayban. But they are quite Rayban.
