Review on ☕️ Black and Stainless Capresso 116.04 EC100 Pump Espresso and Cappuccino Machine by Joe Griggs

We are big fans of Capresso, their American staff, support and most importantly this product. We were "gifted" restored many years ago. We just bought a 4th after 6-8 years. They are workhorses for us. We typically brew 4-6 cups of latte a day. I have one at my apartment in LA and both of my sons have the same device. In my experience they are bulletproof and last forever. Our last purchase was after a 2 year old had a drop in blood pressure. When there was a problem we called the New Jersey headquarters and received excellent service - even replacing the entire unit. Baskets and swivel holders wear out over time and I just replace them when needed. They are inexpensive compared to others. Cleaning of baskets and holders is required over time. For those complaining about the cup size, this is the European standard. Crate & Barrel have the mugs shown above alongside their Capresso display model. These espresso cups are for American use. If you want a "big" cup, simply remove the metal insert at the bottom and put your cup down there. Reattach the overflow before turning off the steam. We have nothing but praise for this great company and are delighted that the same device is still in stock and available at almost the same price. Bravo espresso! John and Jane in San Diego.
